Sick: Survive the Night | Full Horror Movie. Two criminals named Jamie and Matthias who are involved in a garage robbery attempt go wrong, Jamie suddenly tries to rob the garage and the owner fights back. Jamie then shoots the hostage and then Matthias is shot in the leg. They then escape but Matthias needs medical attention. A disgraced doctor (Chad Michael Murray) is taken hostage along with his family after the two criminals break into the house and demand that he remove the bullet from one of the criminal's legs.

But the doctor's father named Frank (Bruce Willis) finds his wife has been murdered. Rich managed to remove the bullet, but Frank saw an opportunity and immediately took a scalpel to cut Jamie, Jamie took a large kitchen knife and also stabbed Frank, who fled at night. Rich then threatens to cut Matthias's artery with a scalpel, Jamie shoots him in the shoulder. Matthias is completely paralyzed because Rich has not closed the wound, and also only dammed the blood flow using surgical clamps.

Meanwhile, Frank has headed back home to his dead wife, and looking through the window he sees his son injured. They meet in the garage where Rich instructs Frank to take care of his gunshot wound. Jamie and Matthias are considering their options. In the morning Jamie decides to go and find the family and kill them. Jan and Riley are together in the outhouse.

Frank and Rich then decide to fight back, Rich then knocks Jamie unconscious in the Garage, and Frank lures Jamie away from the house in the car. Jamie returns home to find the others. Rich and Jan meet, Jamie attacks Rich from behind and then knocks him out.

When he wakes up he returns to the house, where Jamie forces Rich to complete the operation. Matthias died during the operation. Meanwhile, Frank returns home and frees Jan. Jamie threatens to shoot Rich but Jan stops him, he shoots, misses and runs out of the house, Rich takes a gun after him and fatally shoots him. All the family then gathered again on the front porch.
